We have a growing network of culturally diverse coaches and experts who are experienced in a variety of methods and approaches and have a relevant certification and/or demonstrable experience in their topic of expertise. Besides qualifications and experience, Lemony coaches share our deep passion to equip humans with the right skills, mindset and behaviours to thrive in all aspects of their life while navigating the inevitable ups and downs of life.

Confidentiality lies at the heart of Lemony and every coaching. All our coaches and experts are bound by professional secrecy. Your employees are in a safe place.

What we are looking for

At Lemony, we believe that all humans should be equipped with the right skills, mindset and behaviours to thrive in all aspects of their life and navigate the inevitable ups and downs. At the same time, every individual will have different needs and is at a different point on their wellbeing and development journey, there is no one size fits all. In order to guarantee the diversity, we select coaches that work with different approaches, methods, and tools and align with our mission and values.

Our criteria

All of our coaches must have an official certification. Other than that, we welcome part-time coaches that have other pursuits besides coaching such as consultant, founder, therapist etc. as well as “newbie coaches”. We believe that the years of experience says little about the quality. We look for passion and talent and coaches that share our values.

Our selection process

After a first selection, candidates are interviewed by a member of the Lemony team. Besides the experience and knowledge of the coach we place particular emphasis on the inner motivation and values of the coach. In a trial coaching, the personal coaching style is examined in more detail and tested in practice. We aspire to be more than just an intermediary and create a community of openminded and truly human coaches.

What is in it for you

As a Lemony coach you can follow your passion and do what you do best without having to deal with marketing, client acquisition etc., we take care of the rest. You lead impulse choachings and leadership trainings on your topic of choice. You define the topic instead of having to react to your coaches need while maintaining complete flexibility over your schedule. Build relationships with other coaches who share your passion and join complimentary impulse coachings for continuous personal development and growth.
