After a traditional career path as a management consultant in the innovation sector, she now follows her passion as founder of Lemony and as a coach to accompany people on their way to a more satisfying and self-determined life with all its ups and downs. Because in today's world, more than ever, we need resilient, compassionate and courageous people who take the leap even though they are afraid, who change despite challenges, who innovate even though they fail, and who collaborate despite conflict. She was born in Switzerland, has English and Belgian roots and now lives in Bressanone, South Tyrol since 2022.

She accompanies employees and managers during professional change and development processes as well as through challenging phases in their professional lives. Her work focuses on personality development, soft skills and leadership development. Lotte Elderhorst creates unique workshops that will be remembered for a long time. Lotte lives in Zurich and works throughout German-speaking Switzerland and online beyond the country's borders.

She grew up in Italy, with a background as a bank analyst, then decided to change her life and profession by moving to Amsterdam. She works with numerous international companies to promote the well-being of their employees on a physical, emotional and mental level. Paola supports people's personal and professional growth by fostering the development of soft skills that are indispensable in the working world such as stress management, emotional intelligence, resilience and creativity.
